Common questions
My partner never got their sign-in code.
Codes arrive within a minute — check spam first. Requesting several codes in a short window triggers a cooldown; wait a few minutes and try once more.
The join code says it’s invalid.
Codes are six characters with no zeros, ones, or the letters O and I — if it looks like one of those, it’s the other. Codes also expire when the host puts the session away.
We both answered but nothing revealed.
Pull down to refresh, or leave the session and reopen it from the home screen. If a round is genuinely stuck, email us the session code and we’ll look at it.
I want my answers gone.
Delete your account in the app (You tab → Delete my account) — it removes your account, hosted sessions, and answers permanently. Or email privacy@playbespokegames.com.
I bought a deck and it isn’t showing up.
Purchases restore automatically when you sign in with the same account. If a deck is missing, email us with the email address on your account and your App Store receipt — we’ll sort it out.
