These terms cover your use of the Your Turn iOS app and this website, operated by Bespoke Holdings LLC (“we”). By using the app you agree to them.

The service

Your Turn is a two-player prompt-and-reveal game. You need an account to play; you are responsible for what you submit through it. Sessions are private to their participants.

Your content

Answers, photos, and voice notes you submit remain yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store them and reveal them to the person you are playing with — that is the entire purpose of the service. Don’t submit content that is illegal, that harasses the person you’re playing with, or that you don’t have the right to share.

Purchases

Premium decks are one-time In-App Purchases processed by Apple. Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds are handled through Apple per their policies. Purchased decks are tied to your account and restore on sign-in.

Age

You must be 13 or older to use Your Turn. Age-gated decks require you to be an adult. The all-ages decks are, genuinely, for all ages.

Termination

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other players.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your place of residence. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.
